Microsoft Teams shown External Offline

Hi

We have a problem that all users show online in internal but shown offline to external .

Worked before and just now having problems.

Please help.

    Hi Joey.

    Thanks for your answer and i did the following.

    I uninstalled Antivirus, not help.

    Changed to another network , not help.

    Using Team web App not help.

    All the users using Teams and the problem only occur in the last 2 weeks.

    All the users can communicate with the external users even they shows offline.

    From your description it could be associated to the network environment, so please verify that the necessary URLs, IP addresses and ports are opened in your firewall or proxy. There is the article about organization's network for Teams, please refer to it. Meanwhile, the affected users can change other network environment to check if the same issue appears.

    If the issue persists, we'd like to verify if the external users can communicate with your users even they shown offline. Besides, do all users in the organization use Teams client currently? If yes, please sign in Teams web app to check if the same issue appears.
