Microsoft Stream web doesn't load

Many users of our educational environment are reporting that they cannot access Microsoft Stream. We have tried different browsers, Chrome, Safari and fireforx and the result is a blank page.

    I am having the same issue, I cannot click on it, I have been trying more than 30 min ago

    Thanks for posting in the community, I’m glad to offer help.

    Since all users have the same issue, it could be a service incident due to COVID-19, please contact your IT admins go to Microsoft 365 admin center to check whether there is any related incident: How to check Office 365 service health

    Besides, to better narrow down the cause, could you please provide a screenshot including the URL when the page stops loading? Please mask the parts that contain your email address and other personal information.
