Hello Georgette Lynn,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Due to our Privacy policy, we had removed your personal information from this thread.

Based on your post, we understand that you have received meeting invitation and when you try to join Teams meeting as a guest user, you get this error message. Given this situation suggest you to kindly ask the inviters to check if they have added you in such Teams as a guest user or added you as a guest user from Azure Active Directory side.

  • To check this: Go to Azure Active Directory portal > Users > Check you are added as a guest user or if you are not there, ask them to added your user account as Guest user and then check the result.

Also ask them to verify, if the inviter send meeting request to you as guest user or external user? Inviter side have to enable Guest access and External access from their end. They can check this settings from Teams Admin center > Org-wide settings > Guest and External access.

Thanks and regards,

Ankita Vaidya

    Hello Ankita Vaidya,

I have a similar issue, i get this message, see my post:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/msteams\_tff-msteams\_signupin-msteams\_subin/user-account-xxxx-from-identity-provider-livecom/18741aba-dd74-426f-8bd0-3ab8eeedcf96?tm=1607414738006

I cannot log into MS Teams. I keep getting this error message below.

Just spent 3 wasted hours on MS chat and then technical calls (which MS advised would assist) only for tech support to say that as I was using free Teams they cannot help me. Very frustrating.

I open the team sApp on my PC and log-in pops up. I log in using my MS account email and password and get this error message. It appears to be conflicting with my Company name. But if I put in my company email address then it says it is not recognised ???

am going round in circles here and no one can help

    See error message below:

Perhaps, MS Teams you can delete all Teams account off your system then i can sign up again?

    Please help.

I just can't access my personal Teams account on my laptop.

I am thinking one needs a paid 365 subscription to use the Microsoft Teams add in for Google Calendar, I would sign up for a month and see if that hypothesis is true but they only have annual sign up.
