Hello,
I have been testing out microsoft teams and shifts for teams now, and I created a test team and a test shift schedule. I deleted the team, but the shift schedule still remains. However, all the events in the schedule are deleted and everything is grayed out and I lost admin status. I can't remove people from it or do anything.
How on earth do I fix this?

Thanks for the reply. You may contact your Office 365 admin to assign a new owner to problematic team via Office 365 Admin center. When a team is created in Microsoft Teams, it also creates an Office 365 Group. Go to the Admin center browse to Groups and select the group (team) in question. Under Owners click Edit > Add Owners, select a new owner and click Save.
You need to wait an hour for the new owner change to propagate, in the manage settings of the team (in Microsoft Teams).

Right now the team reappeared, and the schedule refilled, but I am no longer admin. So I can no longer do anything. I have no idea how that happened, I didnt leave or rejoin. The team says I left and came back, but I did no such thing

Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Community. However, I have tested on my side created a test Team and Shift schedule after that I deleted the team via Teams desktop client. Once I deleted the team some time later (within 5 min) Shift schedule automatically deleted.
You may try to recover deleted Teams and wait for some time then delete to check this issue.
