meeting time

In Microsoft Teams, I have created a meeting for 1pm. After sending the invite and checkin the time, it shows meeting is at 4am. I have changed my time zone to English (Philippines) - this is in Microsoft Teams.

What else do I need to do to correct my time settings?

This does not happen when I create a meeting in Microsoft Outlook.

Hi Lia,

From your description, I understand you are in Philippine, right?

In addition, since you mentioned you have changed the time zone, may I confirm how you changed it? In Windows settings or Teams settings? Please also check the following link to see whether your time zone in Office 365 for Business is right.

https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/change-your-display-language-and-time-zone-in-office-365-for-business-6f238bff-5252-441e-b32b-655d5d85d15b

If the issue persists, please let me know more information for further analysis.

  1. The screenshot of the difference.
  2. Add another account to Teams for Mac, and schedule a test meeting, check whether the same issue occurs.
  3. The version of Teams client.

Best Regards,

Betty
