This issue can only be solved by your admin, please ask your admin to remove you from the Azure active directory and re-adding you again to the Azure active directory.

Just enough mention the domain name after @ sign (ie: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc), please don't mention the full email address because it will be automatically redacted by the forum system to protect your privacy.
