How to create work email account in microsoft

Hello, my boss told me to create a work group in microsoft team. But during my reading inside thw web, my understanding that it requires mocrosoft work email account for me to create that teams group.. My question, how i want to create the work email accoumt. Thanks!

I just download team from android store. And not paying anynlisence. So do i need to paying for work group MS team?

My boss want me to create the group for the office. So i suppose to be an admin

No, you don't need a work email to sign up to MS Team free, In fact, I suggest using personal email instead

Please follow these steps to sign up for MS Team Free correctly.

Ple note, when signing up for MS Team Free & you can only choose Teams free for work (see screenshot below). Because if you choose “For school”, you will be prompted to enter your school email address to see if you have access to Teams through your school. If you choose “For friends and family”, you will be directed to sign up for Skype.

I already unistall n install back.. But why there is no option for mw to choose shool, personal, work?
