Class Notebook is not saving my work

Hello, when I logged in, trying to finish of my schoolwork, the new writing and changes came up in pink and I got a notification that it was unable to save my work.

    Hi Namrita,

    Thank you for your reply and updates. May I confirm with you whether you received the same error message about “Unable to save page xxxx” when you update your note in OneNote for the web?

    If OneNote for the web has the same error, it might be an issue at account or tenant level.

    To further narrow down this problem, may I know the following information at your convenience?

    1: Does the same error occur when the other students update their works in this class notebook?

    2: How about the other class notebooks or personal notebooks? Does it have the same error when you save your works either in Teams or OneNote for the web?

    I've tried using OneNote for the web, however it still doesn't save my work

    Hi NamritaK,

    Thank you for posting your question in this community. From your description and screenshot, the Class Notebook in Teams for the web application cannot save your works after you finish your editing.

    First of all, I strongly suggest you back up your works to other location, such as Word document, notepad, before you take any further action to avoid any data lost.

    After that, I suggest you can try to update your work though OneNote for the web and see the result.

    1: You can log into to OneNote for the web with your school account.

    2: Go to Class notebooks tab to open this class notebook

     

    3: Check whether your works have been updated there. If not, copy and paste the works to this notebook and see whether it can be updated successfully.
