Managing sound and video settings during Teams meetings and calls for optimal communication

May I know whether this issue happen with both using Teams desktop and Teams web client?
Does this issue happen with every meeting or is it recently happen such as updated to latest Teams desktop client?
If you are using Teams desktop client, you may try to use the Teams web client (https://teams.microsoft.com) via Incognito/InPrivate browsing window with latest Chrome/Edge Chromium to check this issue.
