Live chat transcript

I recently went through live chat as my bank account was charged twice for a game i brought on my xbox one where the technician i spoke to said it only showed one transaction on their system and that i should contact my bank. At the end of the chat (which was on my phone btw) i tried to get a copy of the transcript but unfortunately i couldnt.now my bank wants proof of the transaction mishap and that i had spoken to microsoft about the problem.yes i received a service request number but im wondering if theres anyway of getting a copy of the transcript as proof from Microsoft.Any input is much appreciated.

Hi Steven,

Based on the description, issue most likely game on Xbox billing side. I notice that you have received service request number therefore, I would suggest you please contact the support agent which you opened ticket they will further assist you. Since you posted question in the Microsoft Teams category, we mainly focus on Teams app Business services issue, regarding Xbox related issue I would suggest you please post your issue in the dedicated XBOX forum and there experts’ will further assist you.
