RTMP streaming from teams

Question

I am trying to enable streaming to YouTube from Teams using RTMP as described at Broadcast audio and video from Teams with RTMP. I have enabled live streaming mode in the meeting policy and organized some test meetings but I’m not sure what to do next.

The support page suggests that there should be a custom streaming meeting app but I can’t see anything like that in Teams or in the list of apps in Teams admin center.

I’m probably missing something obvious. Can anyone tell me what I need to do.

The custom streaming app has not been released to everyone yet. Still waiting on my end as well.

The custom streaming app is now showing in my teams apps.

Thanks, I saw that RTMP streaming was in general availability so expected the app to be available.
