MS blocking IP Addresses..

Hi, could someone please tell me how to contact MS to unblock our companie's IP address?.. We semm to be getting blocked. We've never sent spam and our IP is in good standings. Thanks

Hi ilouie,

Greetings.

Please ensure you are not part of blocked senders list so that you are able to send mails and not marked as blocked.

In order to better understand your issue please send the NDR in private message https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox so that you that we can have further steps taken.
