I recorded a Teams presentation today and it still says it's processing...it's been 8 hours. I tried to open it in Microsoft Stream, too, and it says its still processing it there too.  When I click on Content and My Videos, it shows it has processed 0%???    Client Session ID 44159378-8301-48bd-a581-4cf0ad774d67.

Every video that is uploaded to Stream is encoded - processed and converted to a format to make it ready for streaming. The technology stream your videos to all devices is called adaptive streaming. The basic idea is to take your input video and encode it into multiple renditions, starting from a high-quality rendition.

Could you please help me to know the video file size and duration?

    Hi Jenniferevans7,

I am Nikhil, Independent Advisor here to work with you on this issue.

I know it is frustrating when waiting for a file to process, however, stream takes it time to process video depending on the size of the video file and the load of the system.

Some users reported that it took them a couple of hours before the video processed in the stream. I would suggest waiting until you get a video upload confirmation from the stream.

    Regards

    Nikhil
