Missing Live event reports usage report

Question

Hi ,

User reported that they couldn't fetch the reports of few Teams live event happened previously. We are aware that the users can download the reports only with the time due of 15 days. 

This is possible from Teams admin center but even we are unable to fetch the reports for the 3 dates which shows unavailable where the user strongly stating that they had event on those dates.

 Please advise what could be the possible reasons. I have listed the missing report dates below for reference.

May I know whether you have tried to check this issue via using different global admin account?

You may also try to choose the Organizer to see whether it is show report live events organized by users. See Microsoft Teams live event usage report

Moreover, please provide us with the detailed screenshot about the issue via the Private Message for further analysis.
