Whenever I @mention someone in an MS Teams message, the entire sentence/ paragraph turns bold.

I can´t seem to find out where to change the relevant settings.

I am using MS Teams for Business.

TIA!!

Hi Didi, thanks for the quick reply!

I cleared the cache several times, b/c I was experiencing other issues as well. Unfortunately, this has not helped with the bold text.

And in the web app, I do not experience this problem.

Does this allow for any conclusions?

    Thanks,

    M

    Hi Didi,

I gave the Cache cleaning another try and I actually think it worked this time! A few files are locked though, but I just tested and my text issue vanished in thin air.

    Thank you very much!!

    Best,

    Marion

    Hello, M,

Sorry to hear you still get the bold text. If clearing the cache didn't help or updating the app, I suggest signing out > uninstall the app > reinstall from https://aka.ms/GetTeams > sign in and try using the @mention feature again.

    Thank you for your patience.
