@mentions does not work in office documents in teams

Hello

When one of our users tries to @mention another user when working in an office document (Word, PPT, Excel) in Teams, she gets an empty box.

It Seems to be an issue on the Microsoft side. Please provide guidance on how to fix the issue. Only one user is impacted, this is not the first time that it happens with her.

Sorry to hear about this issue. Could the affected user try clearing the Teams cache using the instructions for their device in the linked document below and see if there's any difference?
