Hello,

We have a dashboard which we use a lot. Now we would like to save each task with all comments and attachments as a database. When I try to export, I am able to export everything but comments and attachments. Is there a way to get the information not lose it. Seems like there should be a way.

    Sergio,

Thanks for helping. I am getting "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account" Error. I do have accounts including teams.

I believe I don't have admin privileges. But I am the owner of the planner board. Thank for the help.

Hello. As far as I know there isn't other method to do it.

These steps apply to Teams for personal and small business use only.

Ensure that you are using this url:

    https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&...

However, if you want to export your personal data, you need:

    a. signin in Outlook.com with the same Microsoft account that you use

to sign in to Microsoft To Do. Then, select the cog icon to open your

    Settings > View full settings.

    b. From the left navigation pane, select General.

    c. Then, select Export from the middle navigation pane.

    d. Then, select Export Mailbox to save all your lists and tasks.

Additionally, will be useful to know:

    1. What signin error are you getting?
    2. Do you have admins privilegies?

Greetings and have a nice day.

    Thank you for your reply.

For some reason, it is not letting me log in using my organization's email. Not sure what I can do. I need to get all the tasks including comments from the planner.

Why is it not letting me sign in? Is there any other option?

    Thank you in advance.
