The chat functionality doesn’t work when clicking the chat icon on a person’s profile card in SharePoint hosted on Teams.

Hi,

The chat button on top of a person's profile card doesn't work on IPhone 13 Pro Max. It shows you an error "Please try again" message.

Is anyone else facing the same issue as I am? This issue is consistent and we are having lot of trouble with not having this functionality work.

Note: Error message received on iPhone 13 Pro Max

    Have you tried to reinstall the Teams app on your iPhone device?

    You can also try to follow the steps below:

    Navigate to your device settings

    Scroll down to acess the apps and find Teams app

    Swipe down and tap on clear app data

    Then restart Teams app and sign in again.
