So I have an assignment on Teams, and I've accidentally uploaded the incorrect file to it. I selected "undo turn in" and it did but the incorrect file is still there under "my work". I uploaded the correct file and selected "turn in" again except, it turned in both of the files. My teacher refuses to mark any of them even though I have explained the situation. I even told her which one she could disregard and just mark the correct one but she refuses. I was wondering if she can see both documents I've uploaded or if there was a way to permanently delete the incorrect document?

May I confirm that whether you are using Microsoft Teams application? If yes, then you could go to Teams Online to check whether you have this option for the assignment.

Based on your description, you want to remove the incorrect file in your assignment.
You can open the assignment >go to My work > you can see "…" next to the file you uploaded > click "…" and select "Remove".
