Accessing Microsoft Teams for Education using school or organizational credentials
Hello Sophie,
You can temporarily sign out Teams, then try to clear caches and test it:
- Quit Microsoft Teams and other Office apps.
- Delete files in following folders. Please back up your important data before cleaning
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”
· “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmp”
Then sign in Teams on one browser inPrivate mode on same Mac machine to check if you can access Teams service. If you can’t sign in Teams through web and desktop apps, you could try mobile app and use it a temp workaround to avoid any important meeting.
If you have other Teams account, try to sign in with that account. If it succeeded, then sign out and sign in current account again for test.
Besides, may I collect 2 logs from you for checking, you can check detailed steps in this article: Use log files in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams?
- Try to reproduce this issue on desktop app and then collect desktop log:
- After collected desktop log, go on to collect debug logs.
- A full screenshot of error page.
