Muriel not working with computer zoom function

Please can you let me know if there is anything we can do for my tema member who is visually impaired and struggling to use the zoom function on muriel. He said the following:

I have had a look at the 3 different platforms for Mural on windows, Chrome, Teams and Windows App and I am having issues with all of them I’m afraid. The problem is that I need to zoom for the toolbars and for the post-its separately which the program does not like. It also makes constant complaints that I do not use the default zoom/resolution that it is used to. I will look at finding ways around this but just wanted to flag with you as I may not be able to contribute fully at the moment

Please can you advise?

From your description, may I understand that you are using Mural app in Teams and the user cannot zoom? as far as I know, we can roll the mouse wheel to zoom the Mural. Since Mural is a third-party app and the user have issues on all platforms, we are not familiar with it. Given this situation, it is suggested that you post in Mural support forum or contact Mural support team for more professional assistance. The reason why we recommend contacting them is that you will get more qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can share their knowledge with you.

I have this issue (currently using Mural via Chrome, as there is no Mural app in my organization's version of Teams). I cannot Zoom properly - the Mouse option doesn't work for me as I have an ergonomic mouse without a scroll wheel, and the pinch to zoom trackpad option doesn't work at all. I can use two fingers to drag the board but not to zoom in far enough to see the text.

Currently unable to use Mural boards as none of the text is big enough to read, even after using the on-screen option and setting the zoom level to 200%.
