Accessing Microsoft Teams Free using personal or organizational credentials
I see. As a workaround, you can access the teams web via private mode (Incognito) so that it will not affect your google and power BI login.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Dear MS Team or experts,
I have a conflict with my MS Teams and Power BI account. I can´t open both apps a the same time.
If I open Power BI in the morning and want to enter a MS Teams Meeting via the browser function, I will get the following error message:
I have to delete in chrome all cookies. After that action I am able to enter MS Teams, but I have to log in new in all other applicatons (gmail, Power BI). It is stressfull if I Ihave several MS teams meetings during the day... Our company IT department does not support MS Teams, just Power BI.
Thanks a lot for your support.
Frank

Hello Ian,
thanks a lot for your quick response.
I made a test but it doesn´t work. I pressed in the MS Teams chrome tab SHIFT + F5. But I have still the error message and I am not able to get in the MS Teams meeting.
I can solve the problem just with the settings functions in chrome:
But then I loose also my google log in, Power BI log in, etc.
I would be happy if you might have another solution.
Thanks a lot in advance
Frank
Hi Ian,
thanks a lot again for your quick reply and help.
YES, that works!
It´s not a user friendly workaround but it helps and makes me significantly less work than before.
Thanks again and have a nice weekend!
Frank

Yes, clearing your browser cache will fixed this issue.
If you do want to clear the cache, you can press SHIFT + F5 (chrome) to reload the current content and ignoring the cache content.
