Transcript not showing/loading

On the recorded videos, the auto-generated (English language) transcript does not load. However, results show up when I search the transcript. I am also able to turn on the closed captions.

I had been previously able to see the entire transcript. But now it does not show up for those videos as well.

I'm an attendee. Please advise how can I see the full transcript.

Thank you for the follow up!

Surprisingly, the issue resolved itself. I am now able to see the transcripts. I did not have to contact the recording owner.

My guess is it was probably a cache issue.

    Hi Pranav_Pant,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft community.

Based on your description, I tried to do some research. According to Edit the transcript of a meeting recording in Teams - Office Support (microsoft.com), if the recording was saved in Microsoft Stream and the recording owner has ever edited the closed caption transcript and unchecked Autogenerate a caption file while uploading the edited caption file, there seemed to be chance for your scenario to happen. You may contact the recording owner to confirm about this.

    Hope it helps!

    For your reference:

    Thanks & Stay safe,

    Qian
