Hi, I need some advice or help with PowerPoint Live. I use a company account, so not personally, when I try to share with the PowerPoint Live function everything is perfect except for the fact that the slides change only for me, not for the participants, they see only the first slide. The other participants also tried to share via PowerPoint Live and the same thing happens, they can change the slides, but we only see the first slide. We do not use Teams through the browser, only the application installed on work laptop. The private view îs disabled. Any idea? :(

    Dear Valentina Ilie,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft forum.

Based on your post, we tested on our end to check if we see the same result, when using PowerPoint live, the other participants were able to see the slide that I select on my end.

As you and your colleague both are getting the issue, please check the version of Microsoft Teams app. To confirm, click ellipses (three dots) on the top bar, click About > Version. This shows you a banner at the top of the app that tells you what version you're running and when it was last updated, check whether the version on your and colleagues end is same or different.

If it is same and the issue continues, try re-installing Microsoft Teams app, see if this makes any difference. You can download Teams app from here Download Microsoft Teams Desktop and Mobile Apps | Microsoft Teams

If the issues persist, please contact your tenant admin to create a support ticket to Microsoft. We really want to help but we don’t have any resource or escalation channel to escalate this case further.

Once you reach the assisted support for the request, they will help you find the root cause, the support there can also contact the related team if required. To create support ticket, admin can go to Office 365 Admin center>Support>New service request. You may also refer to Contact support for business products - Admin Help.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

    With sincerest regards,
