Attendance Report blank/empty

Question

I was an organizer in one of the Team Meeting in which around 30 -35 participants joined. But when I downloaded the attendance report after the meeting was over, the csv file is empty showing Total no of participants 0 and all other field empty. So please help me to retrieve the attendance list.

PS. The attendance report is enabled by my Admin and the attendance reports were/are working fine except this particular meeting.

My name is Didi, an Independent Advisor.

You can ask your IT admin or if you have access to the Teams admin center, you can try checking if the attendance report from the Teams admin center will produce data.

Here are the steps:

1. Log in to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
2. Go to Users > Select the organizer's name
3. Click the 'Meetings and calls' tab. Select the meeting,
4. Tap 'Participant details' to see the participants' details.
5. To download the attendance report, click the Excel icon on the right corner of the table. It can be downloaded both from the 'Timeline' and 'Participant list' window.

Hello, Suresh. Sorry to hear that the generated report was not useful. You can try reporting the issue directly from the Teams app. Click the Help icon, then 'Report an issue' or your IT admin can create a support ticket. This way, Microsoft would be able to investigate the matter.

Hi, Didi,

I asked my IT admin and downloaded the sheet. However, again issue is that the participants who joined from out of my organization (Guest) have some id numbers such as (teamsvisitor:061687b30b23422bb49d6c98cb5e9324) in the 'ParticipantDisplayName' column instead of login user names. So this not useful for me.

Anyways thank you for the suggestion.
