Large grid view

Question

Hi. In Teams I can only see 9 people at a time. I see an option for a larger grid view, but it is "greyed out" so that I can't select it. I am able to choose the "together mode" though. Is there a reason why the large grid doesn't work?

to enable the large gallery view is via new meeting experience and it can be configured per user level, based on your screenshot, can you confirm if there are more than 10 video feeds and still the large gallery view is not available?

I followed your instructions but with no luck. Here is what I see.

Clearly there are more than 10 in the meeting, but the large gallery option remains greyed out. Is it possible this an option controlled at the organization level?

Thank you for that information,

can you clear Teams cache, follow below steps

1. Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
2. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams into File Explorer.
3. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
4. Restart Microsoft Teams.

usually, if the attendees in the meeting is less than 10, the large gallery view is greyed out, can you confirm if the attendees is more than 10 when you tried the large gallery view?
