Microsoft Team link in not automatically generated

Question

Hi there.

I am using Microsoft Teams and Outlook on desktop and whenever I create a meeting using either application, I do not have the Teams Link generated for the meeting I try to schedule.

It was working fine before. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I'm sorry to hear you're still having the same issue. Normally, if we are using a licensed version of Teams, we would be able to schedule meetings with a link from Outlook.

May I ask if you've tried signing in at https://www.office.com/ to access Outlook and access the calendar?

Currently, there are several service health advisories for Exchange Online which may or may not be causing this issue.

You could also try if using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Outlook would help fix the issue.

I am signed in using my work account. I have even tried to sign out and sign back in but still having the same issue!

Thanks for your prompt response.

It seems like, it doesn't give me a New Teams Meeting in toolbar (as per image-1). I am only having options as shown in image-2.

Is there any settings that needs to be changed?

Or try signing in to https://www.office.com/ using your work account then access Outlook from it to schedule the meeting.
