Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration
I'm sorry to hear you're still having the same issue. Normally, if we are using a licensed version of Teams, we would be able to schedule meetings with a link from Outlook.
May I ask if you've tried signing in at https://www.office.com/ to access Outlook and access the calendar?
Currently, there are several service health advisories for Exchange Online which may or may not be causing this issue.
You could also try if using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Outlook would help fix the issue.
