I have previously been able to upload resources and create assignments and when I go into another class teams I can upload it no problems. I previously had this problem a week ago with another class and was told to pretty much recreate a new teams for that class. I dont want to do this again. Please help!

Thanks for the tip but I've just tried your workaround and unfortunately it doesn't work for me - nor will it upload anything from OneDrive looks like I'll have to wait for an MS response!

    Hiya,

That is the same error I have or it the blue/green bar doesn't load at all. I have found a temporarily solution. I have found that I can upload resources if I click on from existing. So what i have done is set up a new teams called Uploading Assignments and I can add the resources in there and then click back into my own class and set up an assignment from that Uploading Assignments teams. Hope this makes sense. I refuse to create a whole new TEAMS. I tried adding another teacher to the TEAMS yesterday and they tried to upload a resource and it wouldn't work for them either so its got something to do with that specific teams. Hope Microsoft fix this ASAP

Sorry to jump in but I am having exactly the same problem and a number of other teachers have reported the same thing.

I have cleared cache as advised but no change. I also get the small green bar which eventually returns this error

Please can you advise where assignment resources are stored on upload? I can't find anywhere on the sharepoint site behind the Team?

    Thanks

    Hello Rebecca,

Are you using Teams desktop client or Teams web app?

If it is Teams desktop client, please try to clear the local cache and see if there is any difference:

From ‘Application Cache’, go to Cache and delete any of the files in the Cache location. “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache”

From ‘Blob_storage’, delete any files that are located in here if any. “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage”

Within ‘Cache’, delete all files “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache”

Within ‘databases’, delete all files “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases”

Within ‘GPUCache’, delete all files “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache”

Within ‘IndexedDB’, delete the .db file “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB”

Within ‘Local Storage’, delete all files “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage”

Lastly, from ‘tmp’, delete any file “%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp”

If it Teams web app, please try different browsers to see if there is any difference.

If the same issue persists, please let me know during which step you had problems. Please also capture a screenshot if you have any error message.

    Regards,

    Rick
