Yes it is only happening with Android phones. I tested on my own Android phone and got the same message.

We can log in to Teams via the desktop app and the web just fine. This is the only error message that we receive, no other information.

Is this issue only happening with Android Phones?

Have they tried to login to Teams.microsoft.com from a computer?

Is the only info they received? there is not correlation iD error or something else?

ok, please go to Active users in Office 365 Admin Center, disable the Teams license service for both user, wait at least one hour and assign them again the Team License.

Wait at least 48h for refreshing and check if the issue is gone

No we have nothing in place that would restrict access.

    Are you the administrator?

If you are, do you have any conditional access enabled from Azure Portal?
