Hi, I'm trying to install MS Teams on Windows 10 Pro (fresh install) but it is stuck on loading after inputting my email address and selecting "work or school account". I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, rebooted, deleted the cache folder, etc. It will not load.

    Hi Robert_Porter,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

Please try to clear cached MS Teams login password from credentials manager ad see if this helps:

    1. Open the Credentials Manager (Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager)
    2. Select Windows Credentials
    3. Under Generic Credentials, you will see one called: msteams_adalsso/adal_context_segments.
    4. Delete them
    5. Sign out and Sign-in again
    6. Try accessing Ms teams app again

    Regards

    Nik

    Hi Robert_Porter,

To look further and isolate the issue, Please try to access MS teams web app https://teams.Microsoft.com to access web app and check if you can access teams.

For troubleshooting, purpose please make sure you disable Firewall, Antivirus, VPN/Proxy & Adblocker for a while.
Also, make sure that your device support the following hardware requirements for teams:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

I suspect, there is some network blocker causing a issue, I would suggest to contact your IT administrator to look in any network blocker.

    Regards
    Nik
