Missing Video/Audio Call buttons

Recently, within the last month, I noticed the video/audio call buttons have disappeared under Teams Chat. This exists on both the Mac and PC versions of Teams. 

Is this a bug with Mac Mojave? 

Is there something my organization needs to turn back on?

Current Teams version on Mac - You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.3961. It was last updated on 3/2/19.

Current Teams version on PC - You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.1758 (64-bit). It was last updated on 1/25/19.

    Welcome to post here. From your description, I’d like to confirm whether the issue only occurs in Teams for Mac and all members in your organization have such problem.

    In addition, if you have configured firewall or certain anti-malware software in your Mac, please close them temporarily and check the outcome.

    If the issue persists, please also offer me the following information for further analysis:

    1. The screenshot of the Teams Chat page.
    2. The version of the Mac operation system.
    3. Offer me the Teams log for further troubleshooting. (How to collect Teams log: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/log-files)

    Hi WattswrPWCS,

    Thanks for the feedback. Based on your issue, I recommend you contact the admin to check if you have "Audio Conferencing" license turned on in Admin Center > Users > Active users > select your account > Product licenses.

    In addition, to further analyze the issue, may I know what subscription your organization is using?

    It is all members of our organization and on all platforms.

    I am looking to know what to tell my information security team to turn on to get the button to reappear.
