Editing Word Document Assignment & Saving

Question

Hello!

I am looking at a student iPad after I have assigned an assignment. I am trying to edit it but none of the text is showing up or it is not allowing me to draw on the document. My curser does appear but nothing I write does.

Another question I have is when students are complete with their assignments how do they properly turn it in with there work showing on the document?

From your description, it seems that you are using Microsoft Teams.

If yes, regarding "I am trying to edit it but none of the text is showing up or it is not allowing me to draw on the document. My curser does appear but nothing I write does.", could you upload some related screenshots? For us to do a test to see if we can reproduce the issue in our environment, could you provide the version number of the iPad and the Teams app you are using?

About the second question, after the student adds his work , he should see the Turn In option in Assignments in Microsoft Teams. If he sees it, I suggest you let him click it to see the result.
