Can't open assignment exam

I got an Exam which was delivered and only opened on Teams, which i clicked and kept rolling forever. So consequently i missed the exam

    I suspect it could be just an intermittent issue, please create a new fresh environment for MS Team. You can always go back to the previous Windows account profile whenever you want.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Create a new Windows account:

    1. Install MS Team in a new windows account.

    I've tried any ways that i can to access to MS Teams, other devices, internet websites, but they shared the same problem

    Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Go access the assignment file.

    Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?
