Bluetooth earphone connection

My microphone is not working on MS Teams, i can hear clearly but i cannot speak in the meeting. My earphones are working perfectly with my Android phone in call on Whatsapp or calling.

    Hi ABHINAVYADAV1,

    I have checked the earlier case conversation, and you have mentioned that OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z worked for a while and then got an error.

    If I may ask, what happens when you reconnect? Does it work for 5-10 mins and go off again?

    Also, have you tested the microphone on windows? This is to confirm that issue is not with windows. It will help us to understand if there are any compatibility issues with the OnePlus Bluetooth device on the MS teams app.

    To test a microphone that has already been installed:

    1. Make sure your microphone is connected to your PC.
    2. Select Start > Settings > System > Sound.
    3. In Sound settings, go to Input > Test your microphone and look for the blue bar that rises and falls as you speak into your microphone. If the bar is moving, your microphone is working properly.
    4. If you don't see the bar move, select Troubleshoot to fix your microphone.

    Let me know how does it go.

    The same problem still persists, i can hear clearly but i cannot speak in the meetings. I am attaching the image showing the error and the settings chosen by me for the audio device. I am a student so in these meetings i am not able to raise queries or answer any questions.
