I Used Teams on win10 and Android for long time. I have two organizations.

I could switch organizations before. But since this week cannot switch organization on my Android.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall thr app, restart phone clear the app data several times, couldn't solve it.

I tried to use it on my old phone, it worked properly. I guess I need to fully clean teams from my phone. But don't know how to.

Hi Sergio. I have the same issue, and I read the post under your link, but I cannot derive a solution from it. Today I checked the sign-in log on AAD and it showed a success from the user's Android Teams app, but in the app itself an error message came 'Cannot switch organizations. Try again.' Can you help?

Add'l info: The user is a guest to the organization. Full members can switch between organizations on their Android and iOS devices.

    Hello Zack Dai,

Can you please elaborate what you mean by 'I Deleted authentication from my phone'?

I have issues exactly as described in your opening post on a new Android device. Thanks!
