Displaying your screen content to others during a Teams meeting or call for collaboration
Hi Star,
Thank you for contacting us. Based on your description, the meeting participants can't retrieve the PPT shared in Teams parked call when there're several attendees. As far as I know, the call park feature in Teams allows users to retrieve the on-hold call when they resume the call. So I checked in the recent service incidents in Teams server side but I didn't find any related issues of Teams meeting service.
In this scenario, I did some tests in my virtual environment and found this issue could be related with the network and computer memory. Teams in the virtual machine which has 4 GB memory and 1 Mbps network bandwidth network is hard to make multiple conference calls while maintaining the suspended screen sharing of the parked call. However when in the computer which has 8 GB memory and 2 Mbps network bandwidth network, the meeting service is more stable. In this scenario, please make sure the computers have free enough memory and more stable and fast network environment.
Besides, since the issue is related with Teams meeting service, it would be better to further look into the Teams media log. To collect the Teams media log, please refer to the private message.
Regards,
Marvin
