My teams app is opening in a higher resolution than any other apps how can I reduce so I can see the whole of teams on my screen

Hi Carol,

I’m here to help.

If the window of your Teams is zoomed in too big, you could press “Control” & “- (minus)” key or press “Control” key and scroll down to reduce the size if you are using Windows. You could also zoom in/out or reset zoom in your Teams Desktop client. To do this, please click on your profile picture in Teams and configure “Zoom” here. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.
