When someone calls me in Teams I don't get a ring tone (I've checked audio settings on my laptop - all fine, headset working etc)
It seems that my call settings are incomplete.
My Call Settings menu seems to be incomplete, I don't have **Call answering rules,**instead it looks like this:
The same is true for my General settings which just looks like this
I hope someone can help...

Thanks for your update. Regarding to the issue, I would recommend you change the Ringtones to other options and see whether it works. Then change it back to default. Besides when I go to Teams web app, I have the Calls option. Would you mind please capture a screenshot of your settings?
If it doesn’t work, in order to narrow down the issue, I want to collect some more information about it:
Regarding to the missing settings, it seems your organization setup some policies to configure it. Please contact the admins of your organization and check it.

Yes - I can receive and make calls fine - it's just that there is no audio tone when a call comes in.
I get other audio notifications e.g. when a new chat message arrives.
In the Notifications settings I have sounds turned on:
I have checked my settings on the web application and they are more limited than the settings on the app - It doesn't have the Calls option, just General, Privacy and Notifications.
I've checked with a colleague and there Calls settings menu is the same as mine - i.e. does not include Call answering rules

When you said you don’t get a ring tone, I want to confirm whether you can have the call? I suggest you go to Notifications tab and make sure Notification sounds is turned on. Please let me know how it goes when you have any update.
Regarding to the setting is missing, please sign in Teams web application and check if you have the Call answering rules option there. I want to exclude whether it is caused by your account. Moreover, please check whether your colleagues have the same issue like yours.
