Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials

Sorry to hear that you are having issue with Teams but let us work together to sort this out.
Please try to clear cache of your Teams app by following these steps:
- Close and quit Microsoft Teams
- Open File Explorer and paste this: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
- Delete contents of the entire folder
- Re-open Microsoft Teams then log in
