Cannot log in ms teams desktop app with error code caad0009

Hello,

I can not login to my Microsoft Teams desktop app after changing password (with AD), my company require their employee to change password, after changing that password, it doesn't work. 

Error code - caad0009

There's a more permanent way to sign in to Microsoft Teams. If you're having trouble completing the process, talk to your IT admin

I've tried to uninstall and install again many times, it's still the same, cannot login. 

help me please

    Sorry to hear that you are having issue with Teams but let us work together to sort this out.

    Please try to clear cache of your Teams app by following these steps:

    1. Close and quit Microsoft Teams
    2. Open File Explorer and paste this: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
    3. Delete contents of the entire folder
    4. Re-open Microsoft Teams then log in

    Please let me know how it goes on your end.
