Incomming Webhook @mention channel not working

this is my piece of code :

Its all working fine but the main issue is @mention channel not working

Just to make sure we are on the same page, are you getting this error using MS Teams? If yes, please follow this step.

You can see follow the image I posted.

I also suggest you use "Post adaptive card in a chat or channel" action or the "Post Message" action instead of webhook
