Duplicate Files within Teams

I have created a lookup column to categories files within Teams. When I view the files in Teams it shows the first four categories (there are 10 in total), repeats them again, and then shows a "wheel of death". When you switch to SharePoint it all appears ok - any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hello Gorvy,

Generally to explore all files list in Teams, we have four options such as Recent, Microsoft Teams, Download views and Cloud storage.

The Recent view shows you every Office 365 document you’ve viewed or edited in recent history. In recent view, duplicate files are viewed but locations are different. Please check our below screenshot.

The Microsoft Teams view shows you all the documents that have been created or edited recently within your favorite channels, in the Downloads view, you'll see a list of all the files you've downloaded to Teams and the Cloud storage section shows all the different cloud storage services you've connected to Teams. Click one to see your cloud files.

So given this situation, kindly check duplicate files appear in your recent view or other view and share us screenshot for the same. Change your view and check the result.

Further seems your Teams page is shows a "wheel of death”, so kindly login to Teams Web app by InPrivate browsing mode and check if you are able to view Files or not. For Teams client, check your Teams version is updated with latest version and try to re-login your Teams client app, to check if is there any difference in view files.

Thanks and regards,
