Shift Schedule Missing - Unable to Retrieve or Create

Hi All,

I'm looking for some assistance. Unfortunately a MS Team was deleted, and I was able to retrieve it. However, the Shift Schedule has disappeared completely and if I try to create a new schedule I get the following message:

Sorry, this team has already been provisioned with a schedule

It doesn't matter whether I change the time zone or location, I still get this message. Is there any way of retrieving the schedule?

Hello Michelle MacLaine,

Good day to you. Hope you are doing well.

Regarding your issue, does the same issue occurs on Teams desktop app and Teams web app side? If you haven’t check, kindly check to see if you found any difference.

If issue only occurs with Teams client/desktop app, you can try to restart Teams app with re-login your account and then check.

If both app side has the same issue, we recommend to kindly report this issue via Teams app by go to Help (?) available at the left bottom side of the Teams app and select Report a Problem. If you don’t have “Report a problem” option available in your Teams app, kindly contact your IT admin and ask him to report it. Your kind co-operation will be highly appreciated.
