I am having an issue where teams freezes when I am in calls where video cameras are used. It sometimes will happen randomly, but will also occur if I bump my laptop (hp) or move the screen back/forth on its hinges. When teams freezes, my screen that's supposed to show me goes black and I can't press any buttons to mute/unmute or leave the call. I can still access the chat.
I have tried clearing my cache, deleting and redownloading teams, and restarting my computer. I ran some hardware diagnostic tests on my hp and did not find any issues. Any help would be much appreciated.
