Hi, i had been experienced delay in distributing assignment to my student and this message keep popping up. At one point, the assignment will return to the draft again. This has been the case since 21/6/2021. At first I thought it’s just temporary. But it’s almost 2 weeks and i cannot distribute question to my students from the assignment platform. Has anyone experienced the same situation or can anyone help to solve this? Thanks.

    Dear LyssaD,

My name is Renzo, as an Independent Advisor and Office user, I'll help you with your question.

    Have you tried from the Teams WebClient? You can perform following process;

    1. To avoid any other account credentials in cache, in any internet browser remove all browser cache and navigation history from "All time" select all options to clean, then go to:

    https://teams.microsoft.com/

    1. Access with your Office 365 account, then verify if you can access through Teams "web-client", try to send the assignment from there, in the browser, if it's work, perform below process in the local client on Windows 10.
    2. Update your Windows 10 installation, run all pending updates.(this is really important, solves several bugs in Teams app).

Microsoft recommends to use this Windows 10 build for a best performance:

    21H1 Semi-Annual Channel

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/releas...

Also you can install latest Windows 10 build with the update assistant:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/windo...

    1. Then re-start your PC.
      • Close Microsoft Teams (Check out if appears in Windows toolbar and close it).
      • Copy and paste following path Windows File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
      • Delete all content in that folder
      • Uninstall Teams from Control Panel.
      • Install last Teams desktop version from below link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/m...
      • Open Teams and access with your personal account, then check out app behavior.
    2. By other hand, in order to verify if your school tenant has a degradation service, you can reach the IT HelpDesk department at your school, they can check out that information in the Office 365 Admin Health center.
