Class notes not showing or getting error

My son has been using teams and class notes to put his work on for school each day, today when clicking on work he has already put on there he got an error as below, his teacher when trying to access got the same

This error occasionally appears or i just get the spinning icon and saying loading, when he clicks on today's (he only added 2 bullet point)

it has this error, even though it was done on the same laptop

Any Ideas?

Hi Kelly,

Service Health Dashboard has indicated that issue TM209478 has been resolved as of Tuesday, April 21, 2019, at 16:00:00 UTC. If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.

    Sorry for the inconvenience cased by this.

    This issue has posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident TM209478 starting at April 15, 2020 8:00 AM UTC.

    User Impact: Users may be unable to view recently created Microsoft Teams channels.

    More info: Users may experience the issue on Teams desktop, mobile, and web clients.

    Current status: We've completed applying the fix to the affected channels and users should no longer be experiencing impact. We're performing additional validation and monitoring over the next 24 hours to confirm that the issue is resolved.

    If you are experiencing a similar issue and do not see an SHD post, please let us know by sharing your tenant information via Private Message (PM) as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.

    This thread will be closed from further posting in order for affected customers to easily identify the information here. You may subscribe to this thread or refer to SHD for the updated information. We will also post back here once the issue has been resolved.
