I am joining meetings from the Microsoft teams application.  Why can I not choose a grid view?  I can only see others when they speak.

    Hi Julie Rod,

    Good day to you.

    From your description, you first can try the steps below to check if it is workable:

    1. Enable new meeting experience: Click the avatar at the right-upper of Teams client> Settings> General like the screenshot below. After enabled, you must restart Teams by right-clicking the Teams icon on the taskbar (or the menu bar in MacOS) and clicking Quit and don't sign out.

    1. Choose Gallery in the meeting like the screenshot below:

    If the issue persists, to provide further assistance, could you tell a little more information about " I can only see others when they speak."? It would be great. Besides, we'd like to collect the screenshot about phenomenon in Private Message to narrow down the issue.

    Based on the screenshot you provided, I suggest you first can update the version of Teams client. You can click the avatar at the upper-right of Teams> Check for updates. Besides, could you capture the screenshot about phenomenon about when you are in the meeting? It is useful to understand your issue. Please upload it in Private Message.
