UPN Change

Hello Experts,

I have a scenario where the UPN/Email of users needs to be changed.

After the change, Teams contacts is still showing the old email address when searching from other team users.

I have tried on web version to check if its a client side caching but its not that case. Web also shows the old email address on the contact card.

Even we have waited for 24 hours but no luck.

How can we fix this?

    Yes, email is reflected properly on Azure AD.

    I will keep waiting for few more days and update.

    May I confirm that you see the correct email property shows in the Azure Ad?

    If so, please allow it some more time to reflect across all Office 365 app. I’ve observed some delay in user profile sync in Teams. It may take up to 5 days to reflect changes in Teams.
