CUBE configured as Teams session border controller

We have a supported CUBE set up as an SBC in our Teams environment. We are seeing 200 OK back and forth between the CUBE and Microsoft, but the CUBE never receives an INVITE from Microsoft. If anyone has experience setting this up, let me know. I have the config file ready.
