Recently, people suddenly started writing me from a meeting they could here me. I did not join their meeting though I was invited. That is absolutely unacceptable that I can be heard on a meeting I did not join.

I was told to find the corresponding meeting in Chat window, right click on it and manually leave. But I should NOT have to do this in the first place. Microsoft developers, how can you explain such thing could even happen?

Hi MichalAZ_USA,

Generally, you will not be heard in a meeting you didn’t join. To verify it further, please click Calendar in Teams, then find the meeting that people can hear you, then leave it.

If you still have concerns about this, please capture your Teams meeting interface to us to help us collect more information.

Regards,

Grace
