Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to turn on closed captioning if you are accessing Microsoft Teams from a browser? When we tried it we were able to access closed captioning, but we are having trouble accessing it from the browser version. Thank you in advance!

This feature should fall under the American's with Disability Act. Especially since it can limit an individual from doing their job.
Hi GraceJJJJ,
Looks like we have a similar name! What a coincidence! According to my research, the live captions are a preview feature in Teams, for now, it is only enabled in the desktop and mobile versions, this is not feasible in the web app. For more information, please see Use live captions in a Teams meeting.
